This magical pact is unbreakable and  cannot be terminated without a mutual agreement.

Although there are circumstances under which it's possible to terminate it unilaterally.
The list of potential circumstances:

1.In case the familiar physically hurts the witch or tries to alter their memories.

2.In case the witch physically hurts the familiar or tries to alter their memories.

3.In case the familiar is no longer able to support the witch's magic.
